You will love this simple, fresh, mild pico de gallo. This recipe comes together in a flash and is perfect for summer entertaining. It’s also kid-friendly and perfect for picky eaters who don’t like spice too much!

I love using my Fullstar Veggie Chopper for this recipe – it’s one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. It makes it so easy to get the perfect diced veggies. This thing is sharp! I think I cut myself just looking at it, so please be careful.

The green pepper is the replacement for jalapenos in this recipe. You still get the crunch and green color without the heat.

This is delicious with chips and makes a great topping for meat and fish. You can even mix it into salads and use it to top chili!
