At Decorhint.com, I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of all visitors to my web site. In particular, I want you to know that decorhint.com is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

Why I Collect Information
I may use it to deliver content and products that you are most interested in. I use it to serve you better, communicate with you, and send you e-mail newsletters. I do not use your personal information for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected unless I first obtain your consent to do so.
Embedded Content From Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
When someone visits decorhint.com, I use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. I do this to track things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and interactions with the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. I do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of visitors to my website.
When someone visits decorhint.com, there may be an ability to submit comments on particular articles or pages. When comments are submitted, you are entitled to use aliases or information that completely hides your identity. When a comment is submitted, the relevant details (name, email, website) that you provide are stored. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. I do not verify information entered nor do I require verification.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service (spam detection company is Akismet). Typically the information collected by Akismet includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).
As part of the registration process for my e-newsletter, I collect personal information (your email address). I use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked me to tell you about; to contact you if I need to obtain or provide additional information; to check my records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. I do not rent or trade email lists with other organizations, businesses or individuals.
I use a third-party provider, Flodesk, to deliver my e-newsletter. I gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry-standard technologies to help me monitor and improve my e-newsletter. For more information, please see Flodesk’s privacy notice.
You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of my emails.
There may be some circumstances where your IP address, geographic location, and other browser-related details may be shared with third-party companies. I may share your above-mentioned data with the following third party companies from time to time (please see third party advertising).
How Long I Retain Your Data
Access To Your Personal Information
If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. This Site is affiliated with CMI Marketing, Inc., d/b/a CafeMedia (“CafeMedia”) for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site, and CafeMedia will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. How I Protect Your Data
I do my best to protect your information for any unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure and use a variety of security measures to keep it safe, including secure networks and limited access to your information. However, you acknowledge that personal information you voluntarily share online, on any website, could be accessed or tampered with by a third party. You agree that we are not responsible for any intercepted information shared through our Site without our knowledge or permission.
