A Closer Look At Our Wayfair Bar Cabinet

Well, the search is finally over, friends! We found the perfect Wayfair bar cabinet for our lounge space: the Modway Render Bar Cabinet. We have another Modway piece in this space, so the bar cabinet fits right in. My husband is a big fan of mid-century modern and fell in love with the slatted door style.

We were looking for something tall enough to fit under the TV without leaving a gap. This bar cabinet is pretty tall: 44 inches high. We also wanted it to be functional and provide ample storage for our drink accessories.

Is it easy to assemble? It’s pretty straightforward but time-consuming. The whole thing came in two boxes, which took me about three hours to assemble.

The inside is divided down the middle, and it comes with two soft-close drawers, a wine rack, and several cubbies for holding barware and stemware.

I added a couple of stacks of books and this adorable dimmable mushroom lamp to the top. This brass tray, currently holding wine stoppers, also caught my eye.

I wish I could say this room is complete, but it’s not quite yet. I want to add some velvet curtains, a side table, and some additional lighting. Once it’s done, it’s going to be a VIBE.
